The AVCO Presentation room is a state of the art technology demonstration center for meeting room technology. Included in this room are a diverse selection of display solutions ranging from front projection systems to plasma panels in 40", 42 ” and 61" in size. While in this room clients can evaluate such important aspects as room & audience size, the need for visual details for text or pictures during presentations, and the organizations requirement for video, audio, and data collaboration during the meeting. All of these are key factors the client must weigh in the decision making process of selecting equipment for their meeting room. The design and engineering staff at AVCO are here to help the client determine what works best in their particular room environment.

Each display system is connected to video conferencing and video-on-demand systems. Other meeting room tools such as interactive digital boards and digital visual presenters are integrated to display content on the video displays. Clients are encouraged to view these products on display to help them determine what would work best for them in their room environment.
INTEGRATED ROOM CONTROL SYSTEMS
When designing complex room systems a simple integrated control system becomes a necessity. LCD touch panel controls are needed to dial end points in video conferences, change screen display layouts, add other participants to your video conference, and many other functions. All are important functions that need to be performed during room meetings. Other functions such as control of drapes and window shades, changing room lighting levels for video conferencing, can all be performed from LCD video touch panels that operate every piece of equipment in your meeting room. It is important that the Technology should remain transparent during meetings and not disrupt the flow of the meeting and the business at hand. LCD video touch panels in various sizes are located on the tables in the Presentation room as well as on wall panels and equipment racks. This would be your best opportunity to familiarize yourself with the functionality and operation of these systems that would be installed in your meeting room.
