Rental of AVCO Telepresence Suite
AVCO’s Telepresence Suite can provide you with a high quality meeting experience at an affordable cost.
Our suite is equipped with the latest Polycom HD telepresence codec and a large 65” HD display for you to see those across the table from you. The high quality HD video, and the larger more immersive display monitor, gives you a life-like meeting where it is easy to forget that those across the table from you are actually not in the same room. These life like experiences are known as “Telepresence” as distinct and separate the older technology of video conferencing which was unreliable and prone to poor picture quality and sound.
This experience is available to you subject to the equipment in the room that you are calling. The basic room rate is $225 per hour which includes IP calls up to 832kbs whether the call is received or placed from our suite. ISDN rates are an additional $100 per hour for calls placed from AVCO, and are at the basic rate of $225 if the ISDN call is received at AVCO.
