The AVCO Presentation Showroom is a large room that will accommodate 50 people seated at tables and more with theater seating. The main presentation screen is a 165” 10,000 lumen projection system where text can be easily read through the room using normal sized power point fonts. At the right side of the room are two 65” panels that can reinforce the visual images. These screens also serve as primary screens when seating is arranged in a U facing the camera for a video conferencing session with a smaller group of 8-16. Other cameras at the front and rear of the room would be utilized for presentations and distance learning sessions. Microphones and speakers are located in the ceiling and provide full range audio.
Smart digital white boards are also located on the right side wall and can be used as part of a main room meeting or be the point of focus for localized training in that part of the room
Besides video conferencing capabilities, this room also has the ability to stream live video and video on demand for sessions held in the room. A variety of specialized equipment like document cameras can be made available on request.
